We're looking for an Office and Finance Administrator

Based at our new office in St Paul’s Learning Centre, Grosvenor Road, St Paul’s, Bristol

Permanent – 18.5 hours per week – Salary £9,960 (£19,920 pro rata, 0.5 FTE)

You will provide the day to day general and finance administration to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and will include the following areas of work:

  • Providing administrative support and office management for the ‘Wildly Different’ team
  • Supporting the monitoring & other reporting requirements to funders
  • Responsibility for all financial recording and providing reports as required
  • Supporting communication between the Programme team and the Board of Directors
  • Supporting the design and delivery of marketing materials and facilitating communication to the ‘Wildly Different’ programme participants, target groups and delivery partners through paper based and electronic systems
  • Managing the website, the signposting service and social media opportunities
  • Researching funding and income-generating opportunities

You will be offered the opportunity to work a 3 or 4-day week.  Flexibility of working hours can be given and will be required to allow for occasional evening meetings and events
