Imayla has a wealth of experience in working with youth and community workers and the young people they bring to our residential learning experiences. We have asked young people from a range of cultural backgrounds what they want and, in response to what they have told us, come up with a winning approach that combines informality and flexibility with personal and group challenges which are all designed to promote confidence, communication and a healthy exchange of ideas.

All our staff have youth work experience and many are fully qualified. We will work with you to ensure our staff are able to complement your own team to provide the support you need to make your stay as safe and productive as possible.
