A-Z of Getting Out There

This collection of ideas and information has been inspired by running events, youth activities and community happenings over a number of years. It is essentially the first draft of an ongoing inspirational resource for groups in Bristol, the South West and Wales, which will be continually added to and updated on the web. What we want to provide is a collective database of ideas, practitioners and organisations, so if you would like to be included please do get in touch with us via the contact page.

Every effort has been made to check that the information provided here is correct, but names and numbers do go out of date. We would also suggest you read the information in our Disclamer at the bottom of the page, advising groups to check that all activity providers have an up-to-date police check and health and safety policies in place. If you find any mistakes, we’d be very grateful if you could let us know so we can update the information. If you have any other comments to make or contributions of your own, please do let us have those as well. You can contact Imayla via the contact page.

We are grateful to the National Lottery’s Access to Nature Fund and Natural England for providing the funds and support to develop this signposting service. We hope that it proves a useful resource for all local community groups and individuals in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
