We're Hiring! We're looking for an Office & Finance Administrator

Imayla is looking for an Office & Finance Administrator.
Based at St Paul’s Learning Centre, Grosvenor Road, St Paul’s, Bristol, BS2 8XJ

18.5 hours per week – Salary £10,207 (£20,413 pro rata, 0.5 FTE)

We’re a community interest company facilitating development and fun for young people, families and groups, using arts and environmental activities in East Central Bristol

You’ll be providing day to day office and finance administration to ensure the smooth running of the organisation delivering on the following areas of work:

  • Administrative support and office management for the staff team
  • Responsibility for financial transactions, recording and providing reports as required
  • Supporting the monitoring, evaluation and other reporting requirements
  • Managing communications to participants, target groups and delivery partners through paper based and electronic systems
  • Supporting the design and delivery of marketing materials
  • Managing the website and social media opportunities with staff team
  • Supporting the work of the Board of Directors
  • Researching funding and income-generating opportunities

You will be offered the opportunity to work a 3 or 4-day week and flexibility of working hours is needed to allow for occasional evening meetings and events

We are hiring! Outdoors & Creative Arts Family Progression Worker

Imayla is looking for an Outdoors & Creative Arts Family Progression Worker.
Based at St Paul’s Learning Centre, Grosvenor Road, St Paul’s, Bristol, BS2 8XJ


This is a 1 year freelance role working up to 2 days ( 15 hours) per week

Weekly hours can vary to suit the workload

Fees: £13.70 per hour

Imayla is a community interest company facilitating development, learning and fun for young people, families and groups, combining participatory art & environmental activities on outdoor sites in Bristol & across the South West.

Would you like to:

  • ·      Build positive relationships with children, young people and their families
  • ·      Develop outdoor and creative arts opportunities for children, young people and families
  • ·      Improve access to current outdoor and creative activities across the city & beyond
  • ·      Work creatively across intercultural and professional boundaries with partners
  • ·      Be part of a creative and innovative team, using your initiative & lead on agreed projects
  • ·      Recruit and manage a small team of volunteers to support the project

 The role will include some evening and weekend work for organised events, trips and activities

Wildly Different 2019 is now open!

We are excited to announce this year's Wildly Different 2019 Programme is now open for applications.

Open to children and young people aged 7 - 16 and their families/carers this fantastic experience includes outdoor activities & day trips, weekends away, creative arts and the opportunity to make new friends and explore new spaces.

The cost of the programme is £200. There are limited bursaries available and payment plans can be discussed with a member of the team.

Introductory Taster Days are taking place during May Half Term. For more information take a look at the Wildly Different Leaflet below!
